I’m fucking weak. Who is this? Did this bitch grow? Literally just two years ago I was tired, bloated, knowing a lot less than I do now.

Oh btw I’m only like 1 size down cuz lord knows good comes first. But I literally don’t recognize who I was two years ago, it’s crazy. It’s like this shell of a person I knew so intimately but also a stranger at the same time.

So what’s the hot tip you ask? I guess it’s a long story but if I had to boil it down, it’s playing the long game and learn as much as you can about your body and your mental health. Permanent change comes from understanding why (and why not). I’ve seen so many people jump in and out of diets and workouts, myself included. So don’t start nothing you can’t stick with or understand - that’s lesson number one. Oh, and one more thing? Show up for your body - nourish it, challenge it, stretch it, give it rest. You literally will feel a difference from within.
